Kenneth E. Picardi is a Partner at Picardi Philips & Ottaviano.

Kenn’s general practice includes the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, and Trusts, as well as Municipal, Business, and Real Estate law. Kenn represents Perkiomen, Upper Frederick, and Oley Townships and he represents the Zoning Hearing Boards in Douglass and North Coventry Townships. Kenn also represents numerous small businesses, estates, and individuals.

Kenn was admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania in 1985 and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1986. He is a member of the American (ABA), Pennsylvania (PBA) and Montgomery County (MBA) Bar Associations. He graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1982 with a degree in political science and received his law degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware in 1985.

Kenn is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Pottstown Health and Wellness Foundation, an $80 million non-profit organization and regularly serves as an active volunteer for several church, civic and non-profit organizations.
